Pure Sapphire Gem Insert

The heat retention vs thinner sapphire inserts is very noticeable. At around 25% heavier (12.52g vs 8.95g) you can really feel the heft. The quality is perfect. From the sizing down to the polish. I apreciate that non-scratch pearls are also offered. Even the pearl grabbers are an upgrade, with five arms instead of the usual four.
I must also add that the customer service is exemplary. E-mails were returned same day and were always helpful.
Even though this insert should last a lifetime I'm tempted to get another.
