Shipping Policy


    • After checkout, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. We are a small business & we process orders and ship orders M, W, F. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and/or nationally observed US holidays. 
    • Orders may take up to 3-5 business days to process. We process Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express shipments FIRST.
    • Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.
    • We do not refund shipping if orders are shipped together
    • As a small team (it's 2 of us!), we sincerely appreciate your support, flexibility, and understanding during this time.
    • Transit time can take up to 3-10 business days from the ship date, depending on your location and shipping option at checkout.
    • However, you may experience temporary delays due to post office or weather related circumstances that are out of our control. If you have a question about a package that is taking a while to arrive please don't hesitate to reach out and we can provide assistance.


    • Orders will take up to 1 week to process as customs forms need to be filed and this is a time consuming process. This does not include delivery time it takes for customs to process your package which can take several days
    • All packages are shipped UPS. All prices are in USD. All customs fees are to be paid by purchaser. 
    • No returns. No exchanges. No cancelations. No refunds for lost or stolen packages. As soon as it leaves our hands we are not responsible for ANY delivery complications. 
    • All sales are final for international orders. Any chargebacks made will end international orders indefinitely for everyone

Misdelivered or stolen packages:

    • If your parcel was misdelivered by the USPS, UPS, or stolen from a property please file a claim with the appropriate agency.
