- Please reach out to us with photos of your chip BEFORE purchasing to see if we can repair your chip. Some chips are not repairable.
- Choose your preferred option of repair, we offer discounts on repairs if also purchasing a restoration
- After purchase we send an email with important shipping and cleaning instructions- reading of these instructions is required
- To access your FREE pre-paid return label after purchase click here and follow the prompts (USA domestic shipping only)
- Drop your package off at USPS
- You will receive an e-mail when your package is delivered to us
- Lead times vary, but are currently at 2-3 weeks
- An e-mail will be sent when your quartz is completed with tracking information
- Chip repairs with a restoration is a discounted add-on that when you also send your nail in to be restored.
- Chip repair without restoration is just that- no restoration, we just fix your chip on either the top or bottom
- Multi-chip repair without restoration is for nails with multiple chips on both the top and bottom of your nail.
