Heat cleaning your quartz before shipment is required!*
- QUARTZ MUST BE FREE OF OIL AND COMPLETELY CLEAN BEFORE SENDING IN THE MAIL
- All DIRTY quartz nails will tossed in the trash with NO REFUND
*Do not heat clean your quartz if there is fresh plastic or synthetic material on the nail, remove all oil using ISO alcohol to the best of your ability
