Glass Rental Terms

Note: we require photo ID and suggest utilizing rental insurance to cover accidents, this is optional. Most rental insurance covers items that you rent but do not own.
- Ownership:
Renter acknowledges that the glassware remains the property of Owner at all times and shall not be considered sold or transferred to Renter under any circumstances.
- Rental Period:
The rental period shall commence on the day of package delivery and end 3/7 days from the delivery date. Returns must be shipped no later than 1 day after your rental has ended.
- Rental Item:
The rental consists of and including, but not limited to items in the order
- Rental Fee:
Renter agrees to pay a rental fee for the entire rental period. Payment has been made in full prior to the commencement of the rental period.
- Delivery:
Shipping your rental will take place prior to the first day of your booking and signing this document (excluding Sundays and holidays). Tracking information will be made available at time of shipping. Arrival will be 1 day before, precisely on, or 1 day after your booking date. The first day of your booking starts when tracking indicates the package has been delivered.
- Use of Glassware:
Renter agrees to use the glassware solely for personal use and to handle the glassware with
care.
- Prohibited Use:
Renter agrees not to use the rented glassware for any illegal or prohibited purposes, including but not limited to serving underage individuals.
- Subleasing and Transfer:
Renter shall not sublease, transfer, or assign its rights or obligations under this Agreement to any third party without the prior written consent of the Owner.
- Cleaning and Maintenance:
Renter agrees to return the glassware in a clean and sanitized condition. If the glassware is returned dirty or with any residue, Renter may be subject to additional cleaning fee of $200
- Inspection and Return:
Renter shall inspect the glassware upon receipt and notify Owner immediately of any damages or discrepancies. At the end of the rental period, Renter shall return the glassware to Owner in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted, e.g - light surface scratches. Renter is required to use the provided
- Late Return:
Renter agrees to return the glassware to Owner by the end of the rental period. Failure to return the glassware on time may result in additional rental charges equal to $50 per day until the provided pre-paid shipping label is marked as accepted by postal authorities. Late returns will exclude shipping days that are out of postal business hours such as Sundays and Federally recognized holidays. Late returns must be communicated promptly via email.
- Breakage and Loss:
Renter shall be responsible for any breakage or loss of the rented glassware during the rental period. The replacement cost for each damaged or lost item shall be determined by Owner. Most renters insurance covers items that you rent but do not own. We highly encourage carrying renters insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
- Indemnification:
Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Owner from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to Renter's use or possession of the glassware, including attorney's fees, arising out of or related to Renter's use of the rented glassware.
- Force Majeure:
Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, or government regulations.
- Severability:
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Termination of Agreement:
Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately and reclaim the glassware if Renter breaches any terms or conditions outlined herein.
- Communication:
All communications between the parties regarding this Agreement shall be conducted in writing via email or certified mail.
- Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to keep all terms and conditions of this Agreement confidential and shall not disclose any information to third parties without the other party's consent, except as required by law.
- Special Instructions:
Owner may provide Renter with special instructions or guidelines for the use and care of the rented glassware. Renter agrees to adhere to these instructions at all times.
- Accessibility and Accommodation:
Owner agrees to provide reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities, if requested by Renter, to ensure equal access to the rented glassware.
- Governing Language:
In the event of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between translated versions of this Agreement, the English language version shall prevail.
- Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
