We can only restore a set number of nails each month. Spots fill up fast! Once we hit our limit, we pause new orders until the next month. To secure your spot, send in your nails early—first come, first served. Sold out means we’re booked and we have available spots when we’re accepting orders again.
How does it work?
- Tell us how many nails you’re sending. For 5 nails, it’s $35 each ($175 total). This keeps your order clear. 100% of your deposit goes towards your total.
- After checkout, we email you cleaning instructions and a shipping label link (free shipping in the USA) or you can click here
- Send them to us quick! We can’t start restoring until they’re in our hands, and spots are limited each month. If you don’t send your nails within 30 days, we keep the deposit since we’ve reserved your spot.
- Clean off all oils, then drop your package at the post office
- When your package is in hand we will notify you via email
- We inspect your nails in person and send you a fair restoration price via an updated invoice
- Once restored (about 2 weeks), we email you for remaining payment
- After payment, we ship them back with tracking info

Example: $35 deposit with a $50 restoration total = $15 more to pay.

Regular nails: $35–$90 max.

Slurper nails: $35–$150 max.

Most nails need a $55–$75 standard fix.
Damage levels:

$35: Light scratches or minor chazz.

Basic ($35–$70): Cloudy areas, still semi-clear.

Standard ($55–$95): Grey marks, most common.

Advanced ($70–$150): Dark, rough, heavy damage.
Extras:
Chip repair: +$30 refunded if we can't fix it. No cracks or breaks.
